What Idea Tagging Has Become
An outlet for my many ideas for web businesses, most of which I couldn’t possibly execute. I find that letting these ideas go by publishing them helps me to focus on a smaller number of projects. I also post general thoughts on web startups and applications.
What Idea Tagging Used To Be
Whilst my intention was always for Idea Tagging to be a place to post the many business ideas that I had but was too busy to pursue, I thought that rather than always simply disclose those ideas, I could make a game of it. So I occasionally posted clues to a business idea in the form of tags (keywords related to the idea) and invited readers to guess what the idea was – hence the name of the blog. To keep things interesting, I also invited readers to submit their own idea clues so that other readers and I could try to guess what those ideas were. The whole process therefore hopefully served as an innovation tool, helping to spark new ideas in the minds of readers. Sadly, this game never really took off and I stopped running. I may rekindle it someday though because it was kind of fun.
My name is Louis Adekoya, also known as Idea Tagger here on this blog and in the comments section of many other blogs that I read. I work as a Lead Business Analyst for a Fortune 500 company by day and a serial entrepreneur in the making by night and on weekends.
